Molly Powell Smooth Run Large Chain
This long shanked bit gives a lot of leverage in a turn. This is what I recommend for a stronger horse. The longer shank will help lift a horse’s shoulder and keep him from cutting off his pocket going into a turn.
The chain mouthpiece is also pleasing to a horse that may reject a snaffle or port.
